Hi Steve, yes I am using autodiscover to configure Outlook I have not tried using Mac mail app on Mac book, however, it works fine on Iphones and Ipad. Has this ever worked and does it affect all the Outlook users? What authentication methods are enabled for the EWS virtual directory?
