We have dowlnoad Lync environment integrated with our Polycom Conferencing solution so we can use the Lync client to access conference rooms. For this to work, we need the dialpad, which unless you have Enterprise Voice setting rather than the standard PC to PC setting in the users Lync profile, the dialpad will just not appear. This is not a problem for the windows client.
