After step 12 it will not work. I have using the format mentioned here. And I am not having any success. It tells me that the files is not there or not installed. I would like to make a suggestion.

I would hate to have to buy a windows computer since this is the last CD there will be and it will be all updates. I had to edit the lines 19 and 25 of the run. Chris, I keep getting this when I try to open it. The only thing I am unsure of is your instruction at the end to drag and drop the unzipped file into applications.
